Design Studio

Every pouch starts as a brief on our desk

An in-house design team working alongside the press — so your artwork, colour separation and film specification get solved together, not handed off between vendors.

Why It's In-House

Design that knows how it'll print

Most packaging design goes wrong at the handover — a designer hands over a file that looks perfect on screen, and the printer has to work out how to actually run it. We skip that gap. Our designers sit next to the press, so every layout is built with the right bleed, colour mode and material behaviour from the first draft.

That means fewer surprises at proofing, faster turnaround from concept to plate, and one point of contact for the whole job — design and print together.

What We Design

Four ways we help before it hits the press

01

Brand & Logo Identity

A mark and visual system your packaging can carry consistently — across every SKU, pack size and sub-line.

  • Logo design & brand marks
  • Colour palette & typography system
  • Brand guideline sheet
02

Packaging & Label Design

Pack layout designed for the material it'll actually print on — pouch, wrapper or roll film.

  • Pouch & wrapper layout
  • Nutritional panel & regulatory layout
  • Variant & flavour differentiation systems
03

Print-Ready Artwork

Files built the way a rotogravure press actually needs them — not just a pretty PDF.

  • Colour separation & CMYK/Pantone matching
  • Die-line & bleed setup
  • Pre-press proofing & plate-ready files
04

Marketing & POS Collateral

Everything around the pack that needs to match it — for launch, retail and trade.

  • Shelf talkers & POS units
  • Catalogue & product sheets
  • Social & e-commerce pack renders

How We Work

Brief to plate-ready, in four steps

01

Brief

You tell us the product, audience and where it'll sit on shelf.

02

Concept

We sketch two or three directions before committing to one.

03

Design & Revise

Full layout, colour and typography — refined against your feedback.

04

Print-Ready

Separated, die-lined and handed straight to our own press.

What We Work In

Standard tools, no lock-in
